SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

All products on Seaux Exquisite Hair and Fashions website have been checked for quality and are double checked by several people prior to shipping.  Since we guarantee that all products are 100% high quality we do not accept returns.  Upon receiving your product please inspect that you have received the correct item.  If you feel you have a defective product or received the wrong order, we would like to hear from you.  Please contact us through the link on this site or Seaux_Exquisite_Hair@yahoo.com with your order information and we will do our best to make sure that you are thoroughly satisfied.

 

SHIPPING

 

All orders will be processed within 7-14 business days and should be shipped soon after.  Your order will be shipped as soon as possible in the order it was received.  Please take into consideration that All wigs are custom made and can take up to four weeks to ship.  Also take into consideration that since our shapewear is in demand those orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship depending on the order in which your order was received.  All packages are shipped via the United State Postal Service or another form of formal delivery.  Once an order is shipped a tracking number or email  will be sent to you to the email you provide us with.

 

 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS & FAILED DELIVERIES

 

We advise you to order you product weeks in advance of the date in which you need it.  It is always wise to order far in advance to allow for unexpected delays.  A delivery estimate will be sent to you based on information received from the United States Postal Service or other form of formal delivery company.  A tracking number will also be sent to you so you can track your order.  Seaux Exquisite Hair and Fashions are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.  Holidays do not count as a business day.  If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.  If you need additional information please feel free to contact us via our web link.

 

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.  Please check the address information that you provide on your order.  It is extremely important that you give us accurate and complete information.  If an address correction need to be made after the order has been shipped you will be assessed an additional fee.

 

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for any additional charges. No Refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments
